Today was yet another disappointing day for many as Amazon UK once again did not ship Kindle 3's (except one lucky member who claims that his Kindle was shipped, yes shipped, today by Amazon). Tomorrow is the big day for Amazon as it is the day when they are meant to ship thousands of Kindles according to the dispatch dates given when ordering.
Meanwhile there as rumours of a new firmware update being released tomorrow are surfacing on the official Amazon forums - perhaps they are loading it onto the Kindles to ship tomorrow. Why they wouldn't just deliver them and then send the update over-the-air seems a mystery to me though.
Tomorrow is, as I am sure many of you are aware, Wednesday 8th September and there is going to be many angry customers if there are no dispatch notices then and a customer service fiasco. Tomorrow is the day of reckoning.
